Kaduna State Government Approves Regularization Plans

Governor, Malam Nasiru Ahmed El-Rufa’i has approved five (5) more regularization layouts.

The Director General of Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KASUPDA), Mal. Isma’il Umaru Dikko disclosed this in a press release signed and issued by Public Relations Executive (PRE) of the Authority, Nuhu Garba.

According to the release, the new approved regularization plans are : Babban Saura area, Unguwan Ma’aji, Kinkinau, NITEL by Television Garage and Stello layout at Sabon-Tasha area respectively.

The statement stressed that the approval was in line with the State Government’s Urban Renewal Initiative and part of the State Government’s gesture to regularize undocumented layouts within the designated urban areas and other parts of Kaduna metropolis.

The Authority therefore called on the owners of unapproved structures and those intending to develop within these areas to come with their relevant documents to commence the building permission process.
