The Zamfara State Deputy Governor has revoked all land titles to individuals allocated by the Zamfara State Ministry of Land in the premises of Abdu Gusau Polytechnic, Talata Mafara.
In a press statement, signed by Babangida Umar Zurmi, ANIPR, Director General Press Affairs at the Deputy Governor’s office today, March 9th, 2022, said “His Excellency Zamfara State Deputy Governor Senator Hassan Muhammad Gusau has approved the immediate revocation of plots of land allocated to individuals by the State ministry of land at Talatar Mafara within the premises of Abdu Gusau Polytechnic,”
Mr. Umar further revealed that, the Deputy Governor had directed the Hon. Commissioner of lands and the Rector, Abdu Gusau Polytechnic, Dr. Sha’ayau Shehu Mafara, Turakin Mafara to ensure compliance henceforth, noting that all rights and interests in the above described land revert to the Abdu Gusau Polytechnic, Talata Mafara as was existing before the purported acquisition.
