Gov Matawalle Urged For Intensification Of Prayers By Individuals, Groups For Continues Sustainable Peace

The message was conveyed by the State Deputy Governor Senator Hassan Muhammad Gusau while receiving different groups and individuals of well-wishers in his office who paid him a congratulatory visit.

Senator Hassan Muhammad Gusau informed all the visiting groups and organisations that State Governor Dr Bello Muhammad Matawallen Maradun and his government are already taking necessary measures of addressing the insecurity problems in the State.

The Deputy Governor further said the State Government alone cannot achieve the needed success without meaningful contributions of its people. He, therefore, urged all and sundry to join hands in intensifying regular prayer sessions in their individual and collective capacities with a view of seeking Almighty God’s intervention.

The Deputy Governor while thanking the groups also assured them of the State Government’s continuous commitment towards restoring the relative peace as was enjoyed before by the people.

Among the recent groups received were the Danmaliki Foundation Birnin Magaji led by the State APC Secretary Ibrahim Umar Birnin Magaji, Management Staff of the State Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs led by the Hon Commissioner Hajiya Faika M. Ahmad, the two Izala groups of Kaduna and Jos led by Alhaji Aliyu Na Allah Zurmi and Mallam Abdullahi Umar Dalla Dalla respectively. Others include Sufuyanu Yuguda Foundation led by Zayyanu Sayyadi Gusau, Zamfara State Uluma’u Consultative Council led by Mallam Abubakar Aliyu Fari, B.M Garkuwan Matasan Hausa Organisation led by Aminu Muhammad Gusau.

The rest include a Forum of Boards and Commissions Chairmen led by Alhaji Lawali Dan Antu Jarman Zurmi, Forum of Executive Chairmen of Board and Commissions led by Alhaji Haruna Salau Mni Wazirin Tsafe, among many others.
