Gov Matawalle The Unifier, Zamfara Is United Politically

(An Opinion)

By AbdulWali Anwar Tahir

After some previous trials by Governor Bello Matawalle to bring all APC factions (Yari and Marafa) together as one family, today His Excellency’s dream became true as all the state’s former Governors, deputy Governors, Senators, Reps and other former and serving political office holders came together as one united Zamfara.

His Excellency Matawalle, former Governor Yari and Senator Marafa agreed with the APC reconciliation for the peace, tranquility and the betterment of Zamfara.

Zamfara has never seen such a historic event as all the 3 former Governors starting from Sen. Ahmad Sani Yarima, Alh. Mahmud Aliyu Shinkafi and Hon. Abdul-Aziz Yari Abubakar were together at the reconciliation grand ceremony that was held at the Sardauna Memorial Stadium, Sabon Gari in Gusau. This clearly shows that Matawalle is a UNIFIER!

As our former and present leaders unite, I am very sure that Zamfara will be peaceful as they will collectively put heads together and deliberate on insecurity issues and the development of Zamfara In Shaa Allah.

Governor Matawalle has always been saying that Zamfara is his utmost priority and his main aim is to see the state free of banditry and other forms of criminality and also to bring all leaders together under one united focus.

May Almighty Allah (SWT) guide and protect this reconciliation deal to see Zamfara state develop rapidly and bring back a sustainable peace and security of all citizens, Aameen.
