Governor Bello Mohammed (Matawallen Maradun) has paid an unscheduled visit to victims of recent banditry attack in Kanoma.
The Governor paid the visit to both the emergency unit of the Federal Medical Center and Ahmad Sani Yarima Specialist Hospital Gusau last night.
He examined the wounds sustained by the eleven victims including one Army Officer and ordered the billing of their entire medical expenses forwarded to the Government for settlement
Governor Matawalle further visited the entire patients at the Emergency unit other than the attack victims where he also announced the shouldering of their medical expenses. He also ordered that feeding allowances will be given to all the patients as they take the treatment at the unit.
Governor Matawalle expressed his heartfelt commisseration to the victims and assured that his administration will not relent in its avowed committment to ending banditry in the state.
