Emir of Gusau Seeks Additional NSCDC Outposts in Zamfara State

The Emir of Gusau His Royal Highness Alh. Ibrahim Bello MON Sarki Kastina Gusau on the 17th November 2022 at his palace, gave his Royal Blessings to the NSCDC State Commandant Zamfara State Command, Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu.

The Royal Father who plays host to Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu in a courtesy visit posited that the Commandant’s posting to Zamfara State Command is a home coming. The Royal father reiterated that the antecedents of the State Commandant in the past years, his encounter with him and the wealth of experiences that Commandant MB Muazu has gathered in his years of service in the Corps are enough to qualify him for the exalted seat of the State Commandant.

The Royal father who thanked the Commandant General for posting a hardworking State Commandant to Zamfara State in this period of ravaging insecurity in the state, gave his blessings to the State Commandant and assured him of the maximum support from the Emirat Council.

He therefore enjoined Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu to do all his best to see to the end of insecurity in Zamfara State.

The Royal Father said he has no doubt in the abilities and capabilities of the state commandant. He is therefore confident that with the nature of the person of Commandant MB Muazu, insecurity will soon be a thing of the past in Zamfara State.

He adduced the relative peace enjoyed in Gusau metropolitan in the past few weeks to the hard work demostrated by the Corps and the 24 hours patrol organized by the Corps since the inception of Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu’s assumption of duty on the 11th October 2022 is an attestation to his leadership prowess.

He therefore charged the state Commandant to do more and help in curbing the menace of insecurity in the state.

HRH Alh. Ibrahim Bello MON Sarki Kastina Gusau, therefore, appealed to the State Commandant to extend the security architecture to the hinterlands of Gusau by creating more outposts and Divisional offices if need be in some troubled areas.

Earlier, the State Commandant on the Corps in Zamfara State Command, Commandant Muhammad Bello Muazu said he is at the palace to officially familiarize himself with the Emirat council and to seek for the royal blessings of the Royal Father.

The State Commandant who took time to enumerate the land mark achievements of the Corps in Zamfara State under his leadership also assured the Royal Father of a holistic approach in forestalling the security menace that has hitherto ravaged the state.

Commandant MB Muazu opined that, the Corps Rapid Response Group has been galvanized to accellerate the 24 hours patrol in Gusau metropolitan area in order to purge the State Capital of miscreants and criminals.

He said the Corps in Zamfara State under his leadership has recorded in few weeks a huge success in the fight against insecurity.

The NSCDC helmsman in the state therefore solicited for an all encompassing support from the Emirat to enable the Corps translate and activate the visions and missions of the Commandant General Dr. Abubakar Ahmed Audi MIN OFR in rejuvenating, rejigging, restructuring, repositioning and revamping the Corps in line with international best practices to the best interest of the state.

He however condoled the Emir over the demise of the district of Mada , a district under his Emirate. He prayed for the repose of his soul.
