Zamfara Bandit Kingpin, Dogo Gudali Killed By Explosives

A notorious bandit leader terrorizing Anka, Gummi, Bukkuyum communities in Zamfara State, Dogo Gudali and some of his fighters have been killed by improvised explosive device planted by his colleagues to stop the advance of the military into their territory.

Gudali who also terrorised some parts of Sokoto and Kebbi States stepped on the IED planted to kill troops of Operation Hararin Daji who were conducting clearance operation at the fringes of Gando Forest in Bukkuyum Local Government Area of Zamfara State, PR Nigeria reported quoting military sources in the North West.

The military source was quoted to have said the IED detonated prematurely and killed the bandit leader and his fighters.

The explosive was intended for troops, but detonated prematurely and killed the daredevil bandit leader, Dogo Gudali, and some of his fighters”.

“Dogo Gudali and his gang members have been terrorizing Anka, Gummi, Bukkuyum, and some parts of Sokoto and Kebbi States,” the military source said.
