Hajj 2023: Zamfara Pilgrim Returns Lost ₦56 Million To Authority

Nigerian hajj pilgrim Hajiya Aishatu from Guru Nahuce, Bungudu Local Government area of Zamfara State, has reportedly returned the huge amount of money she found in a bag while performing pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.

The money is more than 80,000 US Dollars, which is equivalent to 60 Million Nigerian Money and return them to the Zamfara State hajj Commission.

Hajiya Aishatu, expressed her great joy on handing over the money to the authorities, as she couldn’t sit and couldn’t even lower her eyes since the day she found these huge sums of money.

She made this statement while addressing the news men in Gusau, the capital city of Zamfara state shortly after her return from Saudi Arabia.

Hajiya further called on the rest of her Muslim brothers and sisters to be God-fearing, whenever this happens to them to ensure that they return the money they have found to the authority or the owner, so that they can be good example in the community.
