How Bauchi Woman Kill Her Husband

Following an altercation ensued between one Maimunatu Sulaiman, a resident of Kofar-Dumi in Bauchi metropolis allegedly stabbed her husband, Aliyu Muhammad to death.

The Spectercle learnt that the victim died after sustaining injury in his chest while the suspect sustained minor bruises.

Relatedly, spokesman for Bauchi Police Command, Aminu Gimbal Ahmed, said the suspect is already in police net undergoing interrogation.

He explain that the suspect confessed to committing the crime , adding the matter has been transfered to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) for further actions.

“Investigation continues, and the suspect will be charged to court upon completion of the investigation,” Aminu added .

“” The command swung in to action on receiving information on 5th July 2023 at about 2340hrs, the detectives attached to the Township Divisional Police headquarters, Bauchi have arrested one Maimunatu Sulaiman ‘F’ Aged 21yrs old of Kofar Dumi area of Bauchi state for allegedly culpable homicide.””

Consequently, after receiving some informations from their end, the detectives led by the Divisional Police Officer immediately rushed to the crime scene at the address and took both the victim and the suspect to the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Teaching Hospital (ATBUTH), Bauchi for medical attention.
