BREAKING: Terrorists Target Federal University, Katsina, Abduct Female Students

Suspected terrorists launched an assault on a hostel at a Federal University in Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State, resulting in the abduction of a minimum of five female students.

A family member of one of the victims, identified as Muhammad Fatima, originally from Lafiagi town in Kwara State, confirmed this recent abduction to the press on Wednesday morning.

According to Fatima, the terrorists raided a private student residence along Moriamoh Ajiri School in Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State, and forcibly took away at least five female students from the university.

Among the abducted students, three are from Kwara State, one is from Kano, and another hails from Niger State.

The students from Kwara are named Muhammad Fatima, Bello Fatima Zara, and Adam Rahmatallahi. The identities of the two remaining students have not yet been ascertained as of the time of this report.

This incident follows closely on the heels of another abduction less than two weeks ago, in which terrorists kidnapped numerous female students from a different public university in Zamfara State.
