BREAKING: Supreme Court Sets Date for Judgment In Obi, Atiku, Tinubu Case

The Supreme Court has officially scheduled the judgment date for Thursday, October 26, 2023, regarding the cases involving the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi; the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar; and the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Bola Tinubu.

It is worth noting that the appeals filed by the PDP’s presidential candidate and the LP’s candidate are in response to the ruling of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT), which upheld Tinubu’s electoral victory.

All parties involved have confirmed the judgment date.
