The Supreme Court is poised to deliver a ruling on a pivotal motion by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, seeking to submit fresh evidence, specifically the Chicago State University records of President Bola Tinubu. Heavy security personnel are maintaining a strong presence in and around the Supreme Court, as well as on the adjacent roads leading to and from the venue. Access to the premises has been restricted to only accredited individuals, with cameramen from media houses initially denied entry.
From the Secretariat down to the Supreme Court junction and the main auditorium, a combination of security forces, including the Police and the Department of State Security (DSS), are overseeing the area and permitting only authorized personnel and journalists into the courtroom.
