In a stunning development, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has taken former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, into custody. Emefiele is currently undergoing interrogation at the National Headquarters of the anti-graft agency in Jabi, Abuja. This comes less than an hour after his release from the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS).
