Gov Lawal Commends Ex-Gov Yari’s Transformative Work In Zamfara

Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, has unveiled an ambitious plan to revamp the court facilities across Zamfara, aiming to address various issues related to the state’s workforce and their well-being.

During his recent visit to the chief judge of Zamfara State, he also expressed his gratitude to former Governor Senator Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari for his notable contributions to the renovation of court, schools and a hospital in his hometown, Talata Marafa.

Governor Lawal, in his interaction with the chief judge, reassured the judiciary community of his commitment to their safety and welfare. He emphasized his hands-off approach to their responsibilities, stating, “I will not interfere with your duties; I want you to work without fear for your safety both now and in the future.”

Furthermore, Dauda Lawal pledged to prioritize the needs of the judiciary in the upcoming budget for the year. He promised that their requirements would receive the utmost attention and financial support.

In a show of respect and admiration, Governor Lawal openly commended the former Governor, Abdulaziz Yari, for his transformative work in his home town and its reflection of his dedication to the entire Zamfara State. Dauda Lawal went a step further by announcing his intention to personally write a special letter to express his gratitude to Yari for his commendable efforts.

Lawal concluded by calling upon every individual who has the opportunity to contribute to the betterment of Zamfara State, including those within his local government, to undertake meaningful projects that benefit the people and enhance the state’s overall well-being.
