APC Intellectuals Forum applauded the historic ruling made by the prestigious Appeal’s Court, which upheld the ruling of the governor’s election tribunal.
Dr. Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna’s confirmation as Kano State’s elected governor demonstrated that the legal system is the final resort for the average person and that the ruling made by the lower court was reasonable and fair.
The forum urges Abba Kabir Yusuf of the NNPP to accept the decision with grace and refrain from filing an appeal with the Supreme Court in order to free the incoming governor to begin carrying out eagerly anticipated programs aimed at the general public
The forum further appreciates the tireless efforts of the APC’s legal team, APC National Party Chairman, His Excellency Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Kano APC Chairman, Prince Abdullahi Abbas, and Director General, GawunaGaro Campaign Council Directorate, Engr.
