The Concerned Muslims Forum has directed a plea to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, urging fair and inclusive political appointments to prevent any form of marginalization within groups.
Expressing dissatisfaction over the 2023 Muslim-Muslim ticket, the Forum highlighted the disappointments faced despite their efforts to secure and endorse the ticket. Disheartened by the outcome and distribution of political appointments, they lamented the lack of justice and equity within the process.
Members of the Muslim community, who were pivotal in promoting the Tinubu-Shettima Muslim-Muslim Ticket, feel overlooked and abandoned in the allocation of political appointments. Furthermore, they indicated their inability to access President Tinubu, emphasizing their dismay and severe disapproval of the evident marginalization against Muslims.
