Kano State is witnessing widespread protests following the recent Appeal Court ruling that ousted Governor Abba Yusuf from office.
According to the report, law enforcement officers were observed dispersing protesters in the Dan Agundi area of the state on Wednesday.
The turmoil arises in the aftermath of the emergence of a Certified True Copy of the Court of Appeal judgment on the state governorship election, which contradicts the initial judgment read in court last Friday.
