Beyond his role at NNPC, Dr. John was a pillar in the sector, exemplifying exceptional leadership and expertise. His contributions extended beyond NNPC, serving as a Non-Executive Director at South Atlantic Petroleum (SAPETRO) and as the Executive Chairman of Hydropec Engineering Services Ltd., showcasing his invaluable guidance and wisdom.
With a storied career, Dr. John held esteemed positions, including a significant role as a Non-Executive Director at United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc., among other prestigious appointments.
