Infrastructure: Zamfara residents urged to support Governor Lawal’s administration

Manir Haidara, the Commissioner of Information in Zamfara State, passionately called upon the residents to rally behind Governor Dauda Lawal’s administration in its determined pursuit of progressive ‘rescue mission policies’. Haidara highlighted the pivotal role of this mission in propelling the state toward unprecedented advancements.

Speaking from Gusau, the state capital, during a Friday interview, the commissioner lauded the ongoing infrastructure projects as pivotal components of this rescue mission. He emphasized that these initiatives, especially the urban renewal policy, aimed to foster sustainable infrastructure development across the entire state.

Haidara pointed out, “Sustainable infrastructure has long been a challenge in Zamfara, prompting Governor Dauda Lawal’s strategic focus on urban renewal. The engagement of multiple road construction companies for comprehensive reconstruction in the state capital underscores our commitment to address this historical challenge.”

Expressing the government’s unwavering commitment to funding these projects for their prompt completion, Haidara assured that all 14 local government areas in Zamfara would benefit extensively. He highlighted the broader objective: modernizing the state capital to attract more development and investments, emphasizing the pivotal role of modernization in driving economic growth.
