Government Science Secondary school Kafin madaki Class of 1997 Old Students Association has vowed to improve on the good olden day mutual relationship and upper assistance between the members and give the school a befitting face lift to compete favourably with other secondary schools across the country.
The Chairman of the KAMOSA class of 97 Mallam Ahmad Aliyu Sambo made the pledge at the reception and presentation of award to some deserving members of the Association, held at Zarandan Hotel, Bauchi state.
Ahmad Sambo said with zeal, determination and collective commitment of the school old students, the set goal will be achieved within shortest possible time.
The Chairman said the Kamosa class of 97 has produced different personalities with proven integrity who are currently occupying strategic positions in various sectors of endeavour not only in the state but across the country.
He assured that with the coming together of old students under one umbrella, numerous achievements will sure be recorded in due course.
In his remarks, Malalam Sadiq Abdulkadir secretary of the Association , maintained that with the little contribution of members they are carrying out some activities of the union ranging from the assisting the less privileged among them , monthly contribution , hence the need for members always to be contributing their quarter towards achieving their set objectives.
While receiving their award of honour Commissioner ministry for housing and environment Dallami Kawule and Honourable Garba Lawan member representing Warji constituency at the Bauchi state house of Assembly, promise to justify the confidence reposed on them, promise to be good ambassadors of union.

In his contribution, Danlami Ahmad Kawule traced some historical perspective of the school and encouraged members not to relent in their collective effort to improve the structural and academic status of the school, noted that he owes the union for organizing the event
Also speaking, Alhaji Nuru Haruna , District head of Bondut said as a former student of the school, the collective commitment of the old students was not only encouraging but also timely.
He enjoined members to continue to widen the scope of membership to enable all products of school contribute positively to their alma mata.
