After Meritorious Political Sojourn, Malami Returns To Activate Private Practice

After more than eight years of meritorious political sojourn during which he served as attorney general of the federation and minister of Justice (from 2015-2023) Dr. Abubakar Malami SAN has returned to active private legal practice at his chamber, Malami SAN & CO.

The legal luminary make his first reappearance at the supreme court on an appeal against the judgement of the Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos which affirmed the declaration and return of the Dr. Alex Otti as elected Governor of Abia State.

His eldest son AbdulAziz Abubakar Malami Esq, appeared with him among other senior lawyers

Malami remains committed to the service of the nation and humanity, especially in the area of deepening the nation’s judicial system.
