Ganduje emphasized the party’s blueprint to boost the presence of legislators and governors nationwide, including State Houses of Assembly members. Unlike the traditional approach where political parties are primarily active during election seasons, Ganduje highlighted the importance of continuous engagement and recruitment of members, drawing inspiration from developed democracies.

In his view, a political party serves a dual role, not only limited to electioneering but also involving the education of the public on government progress and the formulation of manifestos. Ganduje discussed ongoing improvements at the APC’s national secretariat, such as the construction of a new church and the establishment of shops to discourage street hawking around the complex.

He also announced plans to modernize the party’s media center under his chairmanship, emphasizing the need for a contemporary approach in the digital age. Ganduje expressed his determination to bring the party up to speed with modern standards, stating, “We are not in an analogue period.
