Shehu Sani Reacts To Yarima’s Booing At ZSCPG Inauguration in Zamfara

Senator Shehu Sani condemned the behavior of individuals who shouted at former Zamfara Governor Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura during the inauguration of the Zamfara Community Protection Guard (ZCPG).

Sani praised the security initiative but regretted the inappropriate behavior, emphasizing the importance of political reconciliation and cooperation for the success of the initiative and restoration of law and order in the state.

He urged unity for the greater benefit of the community and criticized the booing of past Governors as wrong and condemnable.

Shehu Sani made this statement on his ‘X’ handle, (formally Twitter), as evident below:

“The Launching of the Zamfara State Community Protection guard is a laudable security initiative.

We are all hoping that it’ll be a great success in complimenting the efforts of the military and other security agencies in combatting terrorism and kidnappings that has bedevilled the state and spread to other states.

However, the behaviour of the crowd in booing the past Governors of the state is wrong and condemnable, especially at this time when political reconciliation is bearing some fruits of success.

Unity is indispensable for the success of the initiative and the restoration of law and order in the state.”
