These individuals emerged victorious in the by-elections organized by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to fill vacant seats within the Bauchi Assembly.

During a session presided over by the Speaker, Babayo Muhammad Akuyam, the Clerk of the Assembly, Umar Yusuf, administered the oaths of office and allegiance to the new lawmakers, marking the official commencement of their legislative duties.

With their induction, the composition of the Bauchi Assembly now stands at 8 members from the APC, 22 from the PDP, and 1 from the NNPP. This development highlights the ongoing political dynamics within the state and sets the stage for enhanced representation and legislative activities.
