Honorable Kabiru Maipalace, a member of the House of Representatives, revealed that the Federal Government plans to deploy additional military personnel to Zamfara in response to recent bandit attacks.
Maipalace conveyed this during his condolence visits to the Tsafe and Magazu communities in Zamfara’s Tsafe Local Government Area, following the tragic incidents perpetrated by bandits, resulting in casualties and numerous abductions.
Representing the Gusau/Tsafe federal constituency at the National Assembly, Maipalace assured the communities of his commitment to facilitating the deployment of more security forces to enhance the protection of lives and property in the region.
During his interactions with community members, Maipalace expressed solidarity and empathy, condemning the attacks as distressing and lamentable. He particularly mourned the loss of the local government Commander of Community Protection Guard (CPG) during the assaults.
