One of the campaign coordinators for Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Alaba Excel Abbey, was tragically assassinated at his home in Supare Akoko, Akoko South West Local Government Area of the state.
The Director-General, David Ajobiewe, condemned the killing and emphasized Abbey’s non-violent nature, urging police to thoroughly investigate and bring the perpetrators to justice.
Police spokesperson Funmilayo Odunlami-Omisanya confirmed the incident, stating that investigations are underway.
