Bauchi Lawmaker Commends Governor Bala Muhammad

A Member representing Bogoro constituency in the Bauchi state house of assembly Musa Wakili Nakwada has lauded Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed for paying attention to the development of rural communities, amid provision of quality access roads.

Musa Nakwada made disclosed this in his message to commemorate this year’s Democracy Day.

He said with the hallmark of excellence that Governor Bala Mohammed has used his experience and pedigree to bring to bear in governance through inventions and innovations particularly in urban renewal and rural development in the state is more than just a footprint.

The Lawmaker said the move by the Governor affirmed that his focus on rural communities was to fulfill his promises and in appreciation of the massive support of rural dwellers towards the victory of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.

Musa Nakwada commended Governor Bala Mohammed for the impact of the development projects and acknowledged the economic viability of the roads constructions across the state.

According to him, the massive urban development embarked upon by the present administration would turn around the fortune of Bauchi State.

Musa Nakwada reiterated the commitment of Bala administration to continue to embark on people-oriented projects and programmes, declaring that every sector of the state will be touched before the end of his tenure.

He further observed that good roads networks are very essential in the development of the people, saying without good roads, communication will be difficult and ineffective to an extent.

The information committee chairman then commended members of State House of Assembly for supporting the present administration in spite of the political differences between them, assuring that the Governor will not betray the trust reposed in him by the people of the state.

He said, the State legislative arm will continue discharging it constitutional mandate of laws making, representation and oversight functions to complement developmental aspirations of the Governor.
