This was announced in a statement released on Tuesday by Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.
The new board is led by Mr. Demola Adebise, who will serve as the Board Chairman. Mr. Abdul Muttalab, appointed Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director by former President Muhammadu Buhari in January 2023, will continue in his role.
Other key appointees include Mr. Abdullahi Musa as Executive Director of Finance and Mr. Emeka Inegbu as Executive Director of Operations.
In addition to the executive team, Tinubu appointed representatives from the Ministry of Finance Incorporated and the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority as Non-Executive Directors.
The non-executive directors include Mr. Sam Okagbue, Mr. Musa Ahmed, Dr. Eniang Nkang, and Ms. Bilkisu Usman.
The statement emphasized the expectation that the new board members will bring their expertise, experience, and commitment to steer Family Homes Funds towards achieving its mandate of driving growth and development in the real estate sector.
“President Tinubu is confident that this new leadership team will advance the objectives of Family Homes Funds and significantly contribute to the real estate development goals of the administration,” the statement concluded.
