President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Mainasara Umar Kogo as the new chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), replacing Justice Danladi Umar.
In a statement released on Saturday by Presidential spokesman Ajuri Ngelale, Dr. Kogo is described as a seasoned lawyer and analyst with expertise in law, security, economy, politics, and international diplomacy.
“The President anticipates professionalism, integrity, and fidelity to the nation in the discharge of the functions of the Office of the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT),” Ngelale added.
