Trump Reacts to Biden’s Withdrawal from Presidential Race

Former United States President Donald Trump has responded to the news of Joe Biden’s withdrawal from the presidential race.

On Sunday evening, Biden announced in a statement that he will not seek re-election and has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee. This unexpected development has sent ripples through the political landscape, prompting reactions from various political figures.

Reacting to the news, Trump, who recently secured the Republican Party’s nomination for the upcoming election, took to his Truth Social app to express his views. He described Biden as unfit to run for a second term and criticized his presidency. Trump’s comments reflect his long-standing opposition to Biden’s administration and set the stage for a potentially contentious election cycle.

He wrote: “Crooked Joe Biden was not fit to run for President, and is certainly not fit to serve – And never was! He only attained the position of President by lies, Fake News, and not leaving his Basement. All those around him, including his Doctor and the Media, knew that he wasn’t capable of being President, and he wasn’t – And now, look what he’s done to our Country, with millions of people coming across our Border, totally unchecked and unvetted, many from prisons, mental institutions, and record numbers of terrorists. We will suffer greatly because of his presidency, but we will remedy the damage he has done very quickly. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
