The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) is gearing up to hire new employees, marking a significant recruitment drive.
The NNPC spokesperson, Olufemi Soneye, confirmed this in a statement on Friday. Soneye announced that the recruitment would cover various positions across multiple departments within the energy giant.
“We are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join our team,” Soneye stated. “NNPC Ltd is pleased to announce that we are currently hiring for multiple positions across various departments. Visit our careers page for application instructions.”
Soneye directed interested applicants to visit the NNPC careers page for detailed application instructions.
In an update, Soneye disclosed that the NNPC careers page is currently experiencing slow load times due to unprecedented traffic from prospective applicants. “Our techs are working diligently to rectify the problem,” he assured.
He emphasized that the application process deadline remains August 20, 2024, despite the technical issues.
PUNCH Online reports that this may be the major recruitment exercise since the NNPC fully transformed into a limited company in 2022.
