The Zamfara State Housing Corporation has issued a crucial notice to the general public and affected beneficiaries concerning decision made by the Zamfara State Government under the leadership of His Excellency, Governor Dauda Lawal.
In a bid to uphold the principles of responsible and transparent management of state resources, Governor Dauda Lawal has approved the revocation of illegal sales of government landed properties at Gada Biyu. This decision, which is in the overriding public interest, addresses serious concerns related to the improper sale and allocation of these properties.
The properties in question were previously allocated to the following individuals:
Effective immediately, these properties shall remain under government control, and all prior agreements and allocations are hereby nullified. The Zamfara State Housing Corporation urges all stakeholders to take note of this decision and comply accordingly.
