ZSUBEB Boosts Quality Assurance in Education with Motorcycle Distribution

The Executive Chairman of the Zamfara State Universal Basic Education Board (ZSUBEB), Professor Nasir Garba Anka Makaman Sokoto South, has overseen the distribution of 16 motorcycles to the Department of Quality Assurance. The event took place at the board’s headquarters in Gusau, the state capital.

In his address, Professor Nasir Anka emphasized that the motorcycles are intended to create a more conducive work environment, enabling staff to carry out their duties more effectively. He urged the recipients to use the motorcycles responsibly and for their designated purposes.

Professor Anka also praised the administration of Governor Dauda Lawal for its commitment to enhancing education in Zamfara State. The governor’s declaration of a state of emergency in education, and this subsequent provision of motorcycles, reflects the administration’s dedication to improving the sector.

The ZSUBEB’s Public Relations Officer, Ibrahim Musa Maizare, noted that the distribution ceremony was attended by key officials, including permanent members, directors, and staff of the board, highlighting a unified support for ongoing efforts to raise educational standards in the state.

The provision of these motorcycles is expected to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Assurance department, ultimately contributing to the overall improvement of the state’s education system.

Concluding his remarks, Professor Anka expressed confidence that with continued government support and the dedication of educational staff, significant progress will be made in the education sector. He called on all stakeholders to collaborate towards the shared goal of delivering quality education to the people of Zamfara State.
