NDA Announces Resumption Date for New Cadets of 76 Regular Combatant Course

The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has announced Monday, August 26, as the official resumption date for newly admitted cadets of the 76 Regular Combatant Course (RC). This update was provided by the Academy’s Public Relations Officer, Maj. Mohammed Maidawa, in a statement issued on Thursday in Kaduna.

Maidawa emphasized the importance of strict adherence to this revised date, stating, “The NDA wishes to inform the public of an important update regarding the resumption date for the successful candidates admitted into the 76 Regular Combatant Course.”

Initially, the resumption dates were set between August 24 and 26. However, the Academy has now clarified that the resumption day has been consolidated to August 26 to allow the new cadets adequate time to plan their journeys.

All successful candidates are required to report to the NDA Ribadu Campus (Old Site) between 0900 and 1800 hours on Monday, August 26. Failure to report on this date will result in the immediate replacement of the candidate with a reserve candidate.

Maidawa also noted that only those with legitimate reasons, supported by evidence, will be considered for admission if they are unable to report on the specified date. Any candidate who fails to report on August 26 without a valid reason will forfeit their admission.
