BREAKING: Another Notorious Bandits Leader, Dozens of Fighters Killed in Katsina

In another breakthrough against terrorism, security forces have neutralized Sani Wala Burki, a notorious terrorist leader responsible for a series of violent attacks in the Safana and Batsari Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Katsina State. Burki and numerous members of his group were killed during a joint operation involving local vigilantes and the Katsina Community Watch Corps (CWC).

The operation took place last night when Burki and his fighters attempted to launch an assault on innocent civilians in Safana. Acting swiftly, the vigilantes and CWC mobilized a coordinated defense, successfully engaging the attackers and preventing further casualties among residents.

According to local sources, the clash ended with Burki and several of his men being killed, marking a decisive victory in the ongoing efforts to restore peace and security to the region.

Sani Wala Burki had been a key figure behind numerous attacks that terrorized the Safana and Batsari areas, leaving communities in a state of fear and uncertainty. His death is seen as a critical blow to the operations of terrorist groups in Katsina State.
