Edo Decides: PDP Agent Accuses INEC of Manufacturing 90% of Votes

Osaigbovo Iyoha, the Chief of Staff to the Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has raised serious allegations concerning the ongoing collation of election results in Edo State. Iyoha, who also serves as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) agent in the state, claimed that 90 percent of the results announced thus far by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have been manipulated. According to him, these figures are “inflated” and “manufactured.”

His statements were made in reaction to the final results from Etsako Central Local Government Area, where Iyoha alleged that a political party had artificially inflated the vote counts. “The results we are seeing do not reflect the true will of the people. They have been tampered with, clearly manufactured to favor a particular political party,” he remarked.
