Bauchi Reps Member, Manu Soro Offers Admission To 100 Indigents Into Schools

As part of his projects to impact knowledge to his constituents, the National Assembly member representing Ganjuwa/Darazo federal constituency in Bauchi state, Hon. Mansur Manu Soro has offered admissions to 100 indigents into four Gifted Secondary Schools located at Soro, Kafin Madaki, Darazo and Sade towns of his constituency.

This was disclosed by the management of Mansur Manu Soro Foundation in a statement releasing the names of the successful candidates who sat for the entry examinations into the schools last week.

The statement signed by the director general of the Mansur Manu Soro new media, Aleeyu Darazo on Thursday, advised the successful candidates to pick up their letters of admission Friday, 4th October, 2024 at their Junior Secondary Schools for onwards reporting to the Gifted Schools they were respectively admitted into by Monday, 7th October for registration.

DG Aleeyu Darazo revealed that the tuition free Gifted Schools provide complete schooling kits such as uniforms, books, shoes and bags for free to admitted students, in addition to periodic payments of pocket money, as well as free WAEC/NECO registration.

Hon. Mansur Manu Soro congratulated the successful candidates, and called on them to work hard to achieve the schools fundamental objectives of preparing them for leadership tomorrow.

Soro appreciated Governor Bala Mohammed for his administration’s continued support in sustaining the schools, promising his foundation’s continued complementing the efforts of the government to promote quality, standard, effective, and efficient service delivery in the education sector of the state.

It could be recalled that the four Gifted Secondary Schools established in 2021 are being funded by the member representing the Ganjuwa/Darazo federal constituency, Hon. Mansur Manu Soro, alongside Special Primary School at Lanzai town of his constituency.
