Jigawa Gov’t To Partner Foreign Agency, Converts Airport To Cargo Terminal

Part of ensuring stronger and viable economic development initiatives in Jigawa state, the administration of Mallam Umar Namadi has concluded all plans and arrangements to convert Dutse Airport to cargo terminal with the view to strengthen international trading,investment initiatives in relations with foreign countries.

The Governor however, said that all necessary mechanisms have been deployed towards actualizing the said business relationship in order to tapped the untapped potential of Maigatari international cattle market to the global standardization economic wise.

This statement was revealed and made available to all media organizations in Dutse by SSA Media Affairs To Jigawa Governor, Hajiya Zainab Rabo Ringim said that the government has established all necessary measures and arrangements with investors to upgrade the standard of maigatari livestock market.

Meanwhile the statement equally pointed out Jigawa government are already in partnership with federal ministry of Agriculture and food security on how to develop policies and procedures and strategy in ensuring proper cross-fertilize ideas are being implemented towards upgrading and developing maigatari international livestock market.

The Governor further assures his administration readiness and absolute commitment to build modern global Abattoirs and this could serve as an added pillar in building a stronger business relationship with wider global societies, said the governor.
