Maipalace Supports 100 Laundry Workers With Equipment In His Constituency

The house member, representing Gusau and Tsafe federal constituency, honorable Kabiru Amadu Maipalace in his desperate effort to promote and encourage small scale business in the constituency has given out several items, tools and equipment to his constituents in order to improve self-reliance and be able to sustain life.

The program was held today at his constituency office, Sokoto road Janyau area, bye pass Gusau, Zamfara state.

Among the items distributed toward improving ease of business were laundry detergent, laundry soap, laundry container, pressing iron, ironing table, garment conveyor, clothes Drying Rope and pack of charcoal.

Earlier speaking, personal Secretary to honorable Kabiru Amadu Maipalace, Mustafa Hassan Musa said the empowerment project was one of the ways to thank voters for their support in the last election and thereafter. He added that more of such were on the way.

According to him, constituents deserve as much empowerment and appreciation as possible because they have been supportive all these years.

Uban Kasar Madawaki, Alhaji Salisu Shehu, commended the initiative, stressing that Maipalace has proved to be reliable since he won his first election as a member of the House of Representatives. He advised beneficiaries to put the items into good use.

Half of the recipients were presented by the party from all the two local governments of Gusau and Tsafe. The other half are individuals from different places in the constituency. This is just a token for people to know that Maipalace did not just go there to represent himself alone.

This is also in addition to the various developmental programme he has been doing tirelessly toward the improving local business to encourage small scale business in the constituency.

Maipalace have so far trained thousands people from his constituency in several skill areas and empowered them. And also promised that more of developmental and empowerment programmes are still coming.

At the event were Chairman Gusau local government, Alhaji Sanusi Sarki, Uban Kasar Madawaki, Alhaji Salisu Shehu, former vice chairman Tsafe local government, Alhaji Ishaq Abubakar, Senator Lawali Dan’iyan Anka, represented by Honorable Murtala Ishaq Jangebe, Permanent member (iii) ZSUBEB, Alhaji Salisu Uba Tsafe, Special Adviser on scholarship to Zamfara state governor, Comrade Luqman Majidadi, Gusau local government party Chairman, Hon. Tukur Umar Dan Fulani and other party leaders in the state.
