Future Nigerians Won’t Forgive Us If We Allow Tinubu To Rule Amidst Certificate Forgery – JAF

In a recent development, a court in the United States of America has brought to light potential concerns regarding Bola Tinubu’s academic credentials at Chicago State University.

Comrade Abiodun Aremu, a Nigerian socialist and Secretary of the Joint Action Front, has passionately urged President Bola Tinubu to either step down from his office voluntarily or face potential forced removal.

Aremu’s statement, titled “We Must Reject a Fraudster as President in Our Society,” emphasizes the need for Nigerians to rise against Tinubu’s leadership, citing a deterioration of human values in Nigeria.

Responding to the revelations about President Bola Tinubu’s academic records, disclosed by Chicago State University to Nigeria’s former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, as directed by a US Court, Aremu expressed concern that future generations may question our response to the allegations of Tinubu’s fraudulent identity on foreign soil.

Aremu asserted, “We, who live in this era witnessing the erosion of human values in Nigeria, have a responsibility to confront Tinubu. He must either resign in disgrace or be forcibly removed from office. The moment the US court exposed his background of fraudulent and deceptive identity, he ceased to be a president of Nigeria.”

Looking ahead, Aremu emphasized that future generations will scrutinize our actions during this period when Tinubu is labeled a fraudster abroad while simultaneously serving as Nigeria’s president through a controversial electoral process.

The activist stressed that maintaining Tinubu’s position poses a threat to the integrity and moral conscience of Nigerians, as fraud remains fraud, plain and simple.

Furthermore, Aremu invoked the Yoruba concept of Omoluabi, emphasizing that integrity is of utmost importance, and honor is the prize for upholding it. He cautioned those who compromise their principles for personal gain, warning that history will remember their passivity.

Aremu also drew attention to the case of Mmesoma Ejikeme, a 19-year-old candidate in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) who forged her results and had to issue an apology. He hinted at the complex workings of the US Establishment, which allegedly played a role in appointing its agent as Nigeria’s president.
