A tragic incident unfolded in Adamawa State as Ibrahim Abubakar, a 33-year-old butcher, was arrested for the brutal stabbing of his 25-year-old wife, Hajara Sa’adu, to death. The horrifying act occurred in the early hours of April 8 in their residence in Sabon Gari-Futy, Girei local government area.

According to the State Command Public Relations Officer, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, the altercation ensued after Abubakar accused his wife of taking his phone.
