BREAKING: Supreme Court Reserves Judgment in Plateau Governor’s Appeal

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court reserved its judgment on the appeal filed by Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang.

A three-member panel at the Court of Appeal, led by Justice Elphreda Williams-Dawodu, declared Nentawe Goshwe of the All Progressives Congress as the winner of the March 18 governorship election in the state.

Furthermore, the appeal court directed the Independent National Electoral Commission to retract the certificate of return issued to Mutfwang and issue a new one to Goshwe.
